Town. Acclaimed with his culinary career as
Head Chef in various top London restaurants, Nick Lang started something
quite unique in our neighbourhood by carefully but boldly put together each and
every dish with the best and most seasonal ingredients to give the best to
palate one can tasted. The menu is
not constrained in one fixed theme but consists of dishes of different
influences that embodied the best of the world’s finest cuisine through Nick
Lang’s extraordinary flair with food.
The atmosphere of the
restaurant is light, airy and quiet that it is just the place for a romantic
night out or equally good for gathering of a few closed friends. The menu is constantly updated and
revised to harmonise with the changing seasons with a well-balanced inclusion of
vegetarian options in all courses to suit everyone’s nutritional regime.
Signature dishes include the
Thai cream soup made with crab, coconut and coriander as well as the sweet ‘n’
sour sun-dried pepper salad incorporated with olive, feta and chardonnay vinaigrette as starters.
To complete your culinary journey
to the perfection, Nick Lang has conjured up a series of wonderfully combination
of home made desserts including Crème Brûlée, Lemon and Lime Posset and
Chocolate and Brownie with homemade peanut butter and marshmallow ice
cream.
